General Yoga Classes 

My General Yoga Classes are open to people of all ages, genders, and abilities (newcomers to yoga are welcome).
General Yoga Classes are held on Tuesday evenings: 7.45-9.00 pm and Thursday evenings: 7.30-8.45 pm. Classes run continually throughout the year (except Christmas/New Year).

Students are requested to pay for a block of 5 classes, £45.00. Classes may be carried over if 48 hours notice is given.  If all classes are attended consecutively, the 6th class is free.  (Please note that free classes cannot be carried over).
All equipment is provided.

Birthlight Pregnancy Yoga Classes

Pregnancy Yoga is recommended for pregnant women because it is a gentle way of maintaining and gaining fitness whilst reducing anxiety with breathing and relaxation techniques throughout pregnancy and in readiness for birth.
My pregnancy yoga classes are offered to women after the first trimester throughout their pregnancy.  Newcomers to yoga are welcome.

Birthlight Pregnancy Yoga Classes, suitable for women 14 weeks pregnant and over, are held on Tuesdays from 18.15 to 19.30. Classes run continually throughout the year (except Christmas/New Year).

Students are requested to pay for a block of 5 classes, £45.00 (classes may be carried over if 48 hours’ notice is given).
